Weeklong Trips are our preferred trips as it gives us a chance to explore the region in much more depth, specifically if the destination takes more than 5 hrs. to fly to. Generally speaking these destinations take 1 day of travel time in each direction   including the flight time and the drive to the nearest point of interest and vice  versa. These trips include at least two weekends with a Long weekend vacation in between. They also need more thorough research of your destination as you can explore more of the hidden gems as well the must sees at a slower pace . Weeklong Trip planning is just as much fun as the trip itself and is not merely a means to an end, it's an enjoyable and educational journey to educate yourself about the history and culture of your destinations and the wonders it has to offer with change of season. It's also learning to keep a balance to ensure you cover the planned highlights while leaving room for spontaneity. A weeklong trip is also more than just a vacation—it's a transformative odyssey that nourishes the mind, body, and spirit so that we can get back to the grind to plan for the next one.
