Sazerac Riff #1 replaces the traditional rye and absinthe with Nikka From the Barrel and a coffee-liqueur rinse. Demerara sugar and tropical bitters balance the whisky’s concentrated oak, fruit and spice, while Belizean dark chocolate brings complementary notes of cherry, fig, tobacco and earth.
