Not So Tiki

Not So Tiki is an original tropical rum cocktail designed around the pineapple and tamarind notes found in a single-origin Ecuadorian chocolate. Flor de Caña 4 Extra Seco is shaken with grapefruit, pineapple, homemade tamarind syrup, aromatic bitters and muddled charred pineapple. The drink is paired with Chequessett Chocolate’s 72% Costa Esmeraldas bar.
