Original Negroni with Edinburgh Gin

Classic Negroni made with Edinburgh Gin, Campari and sweet vermouth with an orange garnish

The Negroni is a classic three-ingredient drink made with gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth, delivering a layered burst of bitter, herbal, and sweet flavors. It's said to have been born in Florence, Italy, around 1919, when Count Camillo Negroni asked his bartender to strengthen his favorite Americano by swapping soda water for gin — and a timeless cocktail was created.

Paired with

Dragon Fruit from Bixby Chocolate

It took a while to look for something to pair with Classic negroni . The impromptu funky pairing was inspired by a cocktail called Amaro di cocco, created by Ryan Lotz for Shore Leave in Boston, Massachusetts. Its name translates from Italian to "Coconut Bitter". This cocktail is "mash-up" of a Kingston Negroni and a Piña Colada, almost as if both were made separately and then combined at the end.

Paired a vegan milk chocolate smoothie bar from Bixby Chocolate , which is made with coconut milk and imbued with dried dragon fruit , finishing with coconut and chia seeds.
