Our Eeyore’s Requiem Riff reworks Toby Maloney’s intensely bittersweet Campari cocktail by using Lillet Blanc in place of blanc vermouth, No.3 London Dry Gin and Cynar 70. Fernet-Branca, orange bitters and the oils from multiple orange twists create additional herbal and citrus complexity. The cocktail is paired with Ghanaian dark chocolate filled with candied citrus.

The Splashing Biker is an original aperitif cocktail inspired by the Italian Bicicletta. Amaro Montenegro and Lillet Blanc create a floral, herbal and wine-based foundation, while Campari contributes citrus bitterness and Mediterranean tonic water adds effervescence. The drink is paired with Baianí dark chocolate made with fresh orange zest.
